Years of experience has led us to develop the most successful and fool proof way of working. So here's the process...

Step one - choose your design

Choose your design complete the order form and return it to us with a 50% deposit (non-refundable). We cannot book production time or begin work until we have both your deposit and order form. To avoid disappointment we urge you to do this as soon as possible - ideally at least four months before you need your stationery. The remaining balance will be due on receipt of the finished copies.

Step two - proofing

You receive your first PDF proof via e-mail within 5 business days of placing your order. The first set of proofs is complimentary; subsequent revisions are billed at GBP15 (VAT inclusive) each.
Once all revisions are complete, you receive a final PDF proof with a request for signed approval to be faxed back. Once we receive the signed proof, the printing process begins. Please note that additional charges may apply if new revisions are requested after the printing process has begun.

Step three - printing

All invitations are digitally printed on 280 gsm card, however if you see a design but would like any specials printed ie. metallics or another paper, these will need to be lithographically printed. Please call for a quote. Once we receive final approval, your invitations are scheduled for printing.

Step four - delivery

Payment for additional proofs, assembly, postage and shipping charges are due at this time. Please add an additional week for international shipping outside the UK. Finished copies together with invitations will be delivered within six weeks of your printers proof approval. Turnaround time for more urgent jobs will be quoted on an individual basis. Please note that a supplementary rush fee is chargeable for super urgent jobs.

Bespoke Design

Our Bespoke Design service allows you to work directly with our Creative Director to create a unique invitation design exclusively to suit your personal style and vision. Our staff are skilled in graphic design, illustration and photography.

The timing of Bespoke Design orders depends on the complexity and clarity of the design as well as how quickly you are able to make decisions. Typically, the design process takes 3 to 4 weeks, and printing and production another 3 to 4 weeks; however, the design process can take up to two months if a variety of options are being explored. Rush service may be available on printing, but please note that the design phase cannot be rushed.

Bespoke Design fees begin at 250GBP (VAT inclusive), excluding printing and special-ordered materials, and depend on the nature of the project.

When we work on your 'on the day' items, such as orders of service, menus, thank you cards, the information needed to complete these must be with us eight weeks before your wedding. The only exception is information for table plans and place cards, which you can send up to four weeks before the day.
